We are all connected in some way to our historic past. From the building where we attended school to a once thriving mining town now part of the landscape, our sense of space and place in time gives meaning to our lives.
Historic preservation is about bringing people together to celebrate our history. Historic preservation is our collective, concerted effort to make a difference. Getting INVOLVED means staying informed and passing on the message about the importance of preserving historic Wyoming, its buildings and landscapes. You can do this by sharing your story of a historic place that enriches your life; participating in our Unbarred tours to see history up-close; and by making a donation to support our nonprofit efforts. Together, we can make a difference as the Alliance for Historic Wyoming. As we like to say here at AHW, preservation starts with YOU!
