The Preserve Wyoming Conference is a three-day gathering of preservation professionals, commissioners, volunteers, students, and local leaders; whose interest and work impact the preservation of our state’s historic places and spaces. Hosted biennially, the conference features innovative ideas, networking opportunities, educational sessions for participants to bring back to their communities.

This year the conference is hosted by the Casper Historic Preservation Commission, alongside the Alliance for Historic Wyoming and the Wyoming State Historic Preservation Office, and will take place at the Best Western Downtown Casper on September 17th-19th, 2026. Rooms are available at the discounted conference rate of $110/night, and reservations can be made here.
