The Loehr Residence features a poured-in-place concrete foundation that remains strong and functional. The fascia and soffits on the house are in need of minor repair but are significant contributors to the historic integrity of the house. The windows are also important to the integrity of the structure as they are all original single pane, wood sash and frame double hung.
