The Loehr Residence is located in Laramie, Wyoming and is a contributing structure in Laramie’s West Side Neighborhood. The house is of traditional ranch style, making it a good asset to the historic neighborhood. The house retains a high level of historic integrity in design, location, materials, and workmanship among other factors.

The Loehr Residence features a poured-in-place concrete foundation that remains strong and functional. The fascia and soffits on the house are in need of minor repair but are significant contributors to the historic integrity of the house. The windows are also important to the integrity of the structure as they are all original single pane, wood sash and frame double hung.
